Preschool Enrollment Checklist

Testing: There will be a Preschool readiness assessment given to all students enrolling in Preschool. Interview: Once the assessment is completed, an interview with the Program Director will be scheduled. Formal Acceptance: Once the interview is completed, it will be determined if the student has been formally accepted. A letter will be sent home to the family.

Faith Heritage School Preschool Registration Information

At Faith Heritage School, we believe that it is important for children to learn in a fun, supportive environment with trained teachers who genuinely love to teach and interact with young children. The FHS Preschool program provides an exciting, nurturing, hands-on environment where both self-directed and teacher-directed activities take place. In accordance with our mission (see below), the Faith Heritage Preschool Program assists parents with their God-given responsibility to rear and educate their children. Our Preschool Program allows children to prepare for their elementary school years in a learning environment where Christian values are taught and upheld. We believe that readiness in learning is important. Readiness is assessed in the cognitive, social, emotional and physical domains. Ultimately we pray that children will develop a love for God and a hunger for His Word as they learn about His world!

Age Requirement Student must be 4 years old by December 1st for the Preschool program.

Class Options Faith Heritage will be offering 2 class options: 1) Full Day Classes: Monday - Friday, Classes will begin at 8:30am and end at 3:00pm. 2) Half Day Classes: Monday - Friday, Classes will begin at 8:30am and end at 12:00

Registration Fee A non-refundable fee of $100.00 is required at the time of registration.

Tuition Rates 5 Full Day Classes: $3,600 per year 5 Half Day Classes: $1,950 per year (Financial Aid & Multi-Student Discount are not available for Preschool Enrollment).

Program Benefits The Preschool Program is held within the K-12 setting and will benefit from the art, music and gym enviornments on a weekly basis.

Preschool Enrollment Agreement

Enrollment Agreement

Thank you for choosing Faith Heritage School to partner with your family in the education of your child. It is an honor and privilege for us to be able to come alongside you in this endeavor. Our goal is to provide not only the academic excellence expected for your student but also the spiritual setting where your child can flourish and grow in their relationship with our Lord and Savior. In order to accomplish this, outlined below are the expectations concerning our joint partnership relating to the financial responsibilities involved to accomplish these goals.

Acknowledgement – Parent/Guardian acknowledges that the policies, procedures and practices of Faith

Heritage School (FHS), including, but not limited to, those set forth in the Parent Handbook and the Family

and School Covenant are incorporated in this agreement by reference. Parent/Guardian agrees to abide by

all such policies and procedures and acknowledges that FHS may make periodic modifications to such. FHS

will provide adequate notification of such modifications.

Payment – During the term of this agreement, the parent/guardian does hereby promise and agree to fully

and timely pay FHS (in accordance with the payment plan elected) all tuition, and fees associated with the

student’s admission, enrollment and/or participation at FHS. Parent/Guardian understands that the first

tuition payment is due August 1st. If a monthly payment plan is desired, an agreement may be set up through

FACTS Management at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3M7N3. Payment options include:

Annual Payment – full tuition due on August 1st (Discount 0.5%)

Monthly Payment – due the 1st of each month (August through May)

Withdrawals / Dismissals – Parent/Guardian understands that the overhead expenses of the school do not

diminish with the withdrawal of students. By accepting this contract with FHS, they accept the obligation to

pay on a timely basis the tuition due during attendance including the current month and one additional full

month of tuition after the withdrawal date.

Overdue Tuition Policy – Should a family account become two months in arrears, the student will not be

allowed to attend school until the account is made current and the student will be considered withdrawn if

account is not promptly settled.

We pledge to provide a program designed to address

spiritual, academic and physical needs of your child.

2. provide an environment where students from all evangelical

denominations can be nurtured spiritually and strengthened

in their faith.

3. set biblical standards which all faculty and staff agree to

follow in order to insure that students have positive, godly

role models.

4. uphold the Statement of Faith of FHS and apply it to the

total education of each child.

5. uphold the aims and ideals of the school and use the

Matthew Chapter 18 principle in handling any issues

with parents.

6. articulate and implement the school’s philosophy and

policies regarding discipline.

7. plan meetings and school activities to complement and

encourage the quality of your child’s Christian education

and provide opportunities for parents to volunteer.

8. schedule parent teacher conferences for the purpose of

discussing student progress.

9. provide meaningful homework for the purpose of extending

student learning and providing practice of skills learned

in school.

10. provide guidelines and information about the school’s dress

code.

Parents covenant to...

1. pray for the ministry of Faith Heritage School and our

family. I will seek the advancement of the school spiritually,

academically and physically.

2. work with other Christians for the advancement of the

Lord’s work at Faith Heritage and seek to avoid controversy

regarding denominational issues.

3. recognize that the behavior of both children & parents in and

away from school reflects upon the testimony of the school and

the Lord Jesus Christ, and may be a cause for dismissal.

4. carefully examine and agree with the Christian purpose and

Statement of Faith and desire to work with the school in the

total education of my child.

5. pledge loyalty to the aims and ideals of the school and take

any and all questions and criticisms directly to the individual

involved according to Matthew Chapter 18.

6. support the school’s philosophy and policies regarding

discipline.

7. do my best to attend meetings and school activities which

require my participation.
