Remove clutter – storage boxes are a must!Consider temporary storage for bulky items of furniture or any other large items you don’t need Invest in a new doormatA complete spring clean - scrub walls, skirting boards, floors, tiles, windows, light switches, fixtures and fittingsCheck doors, windows, awnings and blinds all open and shut properlyUse your best linen on the beds and best towels in the bathroomEnsure all light globes are in working orderHave all carpets, lounges and curtains professionally cleanedCheck for any signs of insects or rodents Eliminate odours with fresh flowers, fruit or cakes/cookies placed in plain sight in the kitchen.
