Enter your search criteria and click “Search”.

Log in to www.LoopNet.com. Conduct a property search.

Click “Switch to Map View” in the top list.

You can swith between “Road”, “Aerial”, and “Bird’s-Eye” using the links at the top of the map.

What It IsPolygon Map Search allows you to draw a polygon on the map on your search results page to focus on a particular area in which you are interested in finding properties.

Draw a Polygon on Map to Narrow Search

Log in to www.LoopNet.com. Conduct a property search.

Click “Expand Map”.

Click the “Draw Polygon” button. Click on the map to draw your polygon.

Click “Save Polygon” on the left to keep this polygon available for future searches.

Tips = Drag the corners of the polygon to change the area selected.

= Click “Clear Polygon” on the left to remove the polygon and draw a new one.

What It IsEasily share listings using professional quality reports and flyers. Choose from a variety of report templates. Customize your report to include/exclude specific information, and then email it to your clients and colleagues or print for your own use.

How To Do It

Share Listings with Reports & Flyers

Log in to www.LoopNet.com. Conduct a property search.

Click the checkbox to the left of each listing you want to include in the report. Click “Create Report”.

Select the style of report (One Page, Full Detail, Summary, Comparison, History or Map) from the top of the search results.

Select desired content options from “Customize Options”. Click “Update”.

Share by clicking “Print”, “Download as PDF” or “Get Link to Report”.

Tips = Use reports to send listings to clients and colleagues who are not members, or only have a Basic Membership.= Have listings? You can create reports featuring your listings by going to My Listings, selecting the listings you want to feature and clicking “Create Report” at the top of the page.= Customize reports by adding a client’s name and removing the listing broker’s contact information.
