• Also known as the NEW STONE AGE

Paleolithic Age

• Men hunted and women gathered.

Neolithic Age

• Farming and herding was used to get food.

Shelter

Paleolithic Age

• People had no permanent homes.

Neolithic Age

• Humans made permanent homes out of timber or mud bricks.

Clothing

Paleolithic Age

• Clothing was made out of the fur from hunted animals.

• Clothing was only worn to stay warm.

Neolithic Age

• Some people were able to make fabric out of the wool from sheep, others still wore animal skins.

Tools

• Simple shaped stone tools were used.

Neolithic Age

• More advanced stone tools were made, including bows and arrows.
