Giving birth and early parenting workshopsLearn more about pregnancy, labour, birth, breast feeding and looking after a newborn baby.

About the workshops • All workshops cost $80 (with the exception of women aged

under 20 years) • Held in Seminar Room, Level 2, Casey Hospital• Partner or support person is encouraged to attend• Includes light refreshment only.

• Held in the Allied Health department, Casey Hospital• Cost: $15 (to be paid prior to class)• Wear comfortable clothes.

Early pregnancy classThis is a once only session attended in early pregnancy (after 12 weeks). It covers physical changes in early pregnancy and information about exercising in pregnancy. It is run by a Physiotherapist and a Dietitian. When: Thursday afternoon, once per monthTime: 2- 4pm Where: Allied Health Department at Casey Hospital Cost: $20 (to be paid prior to the class)

Please contact the Allied Health Department on ph. 03 8768 1384 for dates and bookings. You can pay with a credit card over the phone or in person at the hospital cashier.
