Pre-diabetes means that your blood sugar level is higher than normal, but not yet high enough to be diagnosed with diabetes.

Justsay“No”–politelyrefusetheextraserving at the family dinner and the powdered donut fromaco-worker.Friendsandfamilyoften havegoodintentions,butpracticesaying “Nothankyou”tostayontrack.
