COOKBOOK CORRECTIONS: Two recipe corrections in our "4 Corners Cookbook": P. 23 The last recipe should read - "German Potato Salad" (it was my Grandma Scheel's recipe). On P. 20 The first recipe on the page, Broccoli Salad - please add 1/2 cup sugar. So the dressing is: 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 Tablespoons vinegar, and a 1/2 cup sugar.
