What is included in the enrolment fee?

1. Gain access to the Practice Management School Online Forum: You will have access prior to the program to chat with fellow delegates and download pre-reading material. You will also find a stable of resources to download post-conference.

2. One-on-one coaching sessions with our experienced consultants: We want you to go home with the tools to put your learning into practice. Our experienced coaches will help you design a personalised implementation plan within a one-on-one coaching session.

3. Three months of post-event coaching: We understand that sometimes implemention is the hardest part about change. This is why we support you post-event to ensure you can implement the learnings from the week.

4. Over $1500 of templates and resources: After the program you will be able to download templates and resources that you can personalise for your practice. These downloadable materials include a WHS Manual; job description and performance review templates; marketing planning tools and financial trackers.

SUE CRAMPTON Sue is acknowledged as a leading speaker, trainer and consultant across Australasia in the areas of practice and organisational development; strategic planning; communication excellence and; staff development and management.

MARK HARDWICK Mark has spent the last 15 years in the veterinary industry as a trainer and consultant. Mark specialises in veterinary practice auditing and coaching, in particular, operational efficiencies, strategic planning and financial management. Mark’s no-nonsense approach to creating practice profitability sees him in demand as a coach and mentor.

SARAH BURROWS Sarah manages all marketing activities for CCG/AIRC. Sarah develops the strategic marketing plan and direction for the company each year and consults with clients on their own marketing and social media presence. Sarah has a Bachelor in Communication (Marketing and Public Relations).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received up to five working days before the Practice

Management School are refundable— minus a AU$300 service

charge. Cancellations received less than five days prior to the

Practice Management School and non-attendance will be

considered as non-refundable.
