SAID JAZAIRI Consulting Office, Architects and Planners,

was established in Beirut in 1974. During the past three decades, the office has grown into multidiscipline practice involving professional engineers and covering a wide range of architectural design, urban planning, structural and civil engineering and construction management.

The list of selected clients who patronized the practice over

the years includes the government of Lebanon, Mena Company Lebanon and Egypt, Beirut Arab University, Solidere, Facilities Commercial Bank, Patchi Factory, Holiday Inn Hotel, Mediterranean Hotel, Islamic Awkaf Administration, in addition to a wide range of public and private institutions and foundations, corporate entities and individuals.

The works completed include Dunes Center in Beirut

(residential building and commercial center), Mena House Club in Baabdat (resort and tourist village), Roman Complex in Egypt (residential and commercial building, Patchi Office Building in Beirut Central District and many other projects.

New projects for which is presently being under construction

5- Description of project: The Dunes Residence consists of 18 floors with 2 apartments (450m2 each) by flat separated completely having each its entrance and vertical circulation core. 3 parking areas are provided to each apartment, a storage room and all services that classifies this residence as a super deluxe one. The Dunes Commercial Center consists of a Hotel (131 rooms) "Holiday Inn Dunes" and a recreational center containing 4 cinemas, bowling and games section with a wide range of shopping stores and not to forget the restaurant, piano bar, café, the food court, … in addition to a public parking to 400 cars. The Dunes Complex was built according to high standards of specifications, construction and safety. 5- Description of project: The design project consists of preparing the master plan for the BAU campus in Debbieh- Chouf, in addition to designing the educational buildings (faculties and administration), accommodation (for students and faculty members), indoor and outdoor sports facilities, and all required services and infrastructure (sewage treatment plant, power block, water tower…). 5- Description of project: The Roman Residential Building consists of 2 basements, ground floor, mezzanine floor and 9 typical floors. The 2nd Basement is for parking and building services (generator, water tanks, …). The 1st basement, ground floor and mezzanine floor includes entertainment and commercial facilities (bowling, games, cafeteria, cinemas, shopping stores, …). The residential building has a separate entrance hall located on the mezzanine floor (stairs, elevator, guard room , reception, …).
