� Participation in the Conference “Cooperación Transfronterizade Segunda Generación” in Guimarães (Portugal), organized by Eixo Atlântico do Noroeste Peninsular and IFDR, Instituto Financeiropara o Desenvolvimento Regional (February 4-5th, 2009)
