STRUCTURES (CTIL OWNED, INCLUDING STREETWORKS SITES)
NOTE: by completing this section of the workbook, you are validating that you have fulfilled the minimum contract requirements as follows:1. When climbing the structure you have utilised safe methods of access throughout and completed a 10% bolt check (10% check pertains to Greenfield and Rooftop sites only)2. Where feasible, you have climbed via the access ladder face and then climbed down via either the opposite face for a square structure or an adjacent face for a triangular structure.3. Where working on a monopole you have either inspected it utilising the access ladder or via a MEWP. MEWPs are to be utilised wherever a structure is deemed to be non climbable, i.e. where the structure has no ladder, step pegs or other form of access system.4. For rooftop sites, wherever there is climbable access you have checked this as long as it is safe to do so. Where access is deemed not safe, this has been reported as a major defect from site5. For streetworks sites, you have completed a visual inspection from the ground utilising binoculars
