WELCOME
• To the Office of Licensing and Regulatory Oversight (OLRO):
– OLRO sponsors training opportunities year round through the DHS|OHA Learning Center.
– These trainings are conducted via NetLink, which is a type of Webinar.

OLRO TRAINING• NetLink training:
– Is done at your computer;
– Is free of charge; and
– The training qualifies towards annual training requirements if you are:
• Licensed or certified through DHS; and
• Your setting requires annual training.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?• To participate you will need:
– To register with the DHS Learning Center (one time only);
– Enroll in the class that fits your schedule;
– Access to a computer; and
– Access to headphones:
• You will not need a microphone - all questions are submitted via text message.

ABOUT NETLINK
• The NetLink training format is not intended for groups:– Each person must be logged
into a computer to take the training; and
– Speakers are not recommended:• Participants have found
headphones work better.
– Remember microphones are not needed.

• There are currently two classes scheduled throughout the year:
– Six Rights and Three Checks:

• 2 Training Hours.
– Focus on the Right Time:
• Course #C03411;
• 2 Training Hours.

• Infection control is an important part of any safe medication administration system. We recommend you also take:
– Basics of Infection Control:
• Course #C01532;
• 2 Training Hours.
