Budget Billing It’s time to enroll in Mission Valley Power’s Budget Billing program. We will average your monthly usage for the past 12 months and that will be your payment amount which will remain the same until we reassess your usage in May of 2020. There is a review done midway to ensure the payment amount is appropriate. This will elimate the guesswork in anticipating what your higher winter heating costs might be. You’ll enjoy a consistent bill each month with no surprises! Customers may sign up for Budget Billing between the months of June and August each year, so don't wait too long! Call our customer service office today at 883-7900, for details and to see if you qualify for this program. Paperless Billing Mission Valley Power is committed to working toward becoming a paperless facility. The benefits of going paperless are many. According to NACHA – the electronic payments association, if just 20 percent of American households switched to paperless billing for things like utilities and mortgages, it would prevent nearly 700 million pounds of greenhouse gases from being produced. Consider these shocking statistics: • North Americans use more paper per capita than any other region of the world — roughly 500 pounds every year. • Industrial-scale paper production is the third most energy-intensive manufacturing industry on the planet. And it is the fourth largest source of greenhouse gases in the manufacturing sector. • The amount of paper and wood that Americans throw away is enough to heat more than 50 million homes for the next two decades. You can join us in our conservation efforts by signing up for paperless billing! You can fill out the back of this page and return it to our office or call customer service at 883- 7900 for additional information.
