presentations and an innovation competition.

Farmers’ Day

The Farmers’ Day is a special event for
manufacturers and suppliers of equipment for
medium and small agriculture businesses and
farms.
Visitors were representatives of agriculture
businesses and farms. There visitors were
interested in acquiring specific types of
equipment, and were given the opportunity to
go on tailored tours to visit stands presenting
products of interest to them.
Guests of the event were agriculturalists and
farmers from the Voronezh and Kaluga regions,
as well as the Vyksa area in the Nizhny
Novgorod region.
The Farmers’ Day took place with support from
regional Ministries of Agriculture of the Russian
Federation.

Contest
The competition was aimed at exposing technological
innovations in the dairy and meat industries and
promoting them on the Russian market.
The competition included products in the following
categories:

• Equipment
• Eco innovations
• Developments in quality and hygiene
• Packaging
The winner of the contest was selected by online
voting on the official event website.
