Scholarship Application
• Non-IP students (including Non-IP DSA students)
may apply for the above scholarships using their
2019 GCE O-Level Examinations results.
• Interested students can access the online
scholarship applications at
http://www.moe.gov.sg/admissions/scholarships
• For scholarship application, Non-IP students
have to login to the application system using
their valid Singpass.
MOE Pre-University Scholarship
• Have done consistently well in school and obtained
an aggregate of not more than 8 points in the GCE O-
Level Examination for English + High Mother Tongue
/ Mother Tongue + 5 relevant subjects (as in the Pre-
University Admission Criteria) / equivalent results
based on the IP school’s internal assessment;
• Have a very good record of co-curricular activities
Art Elective Scholarship
• Have done consistently well in school, obtained
outstanding results in their GCE O-Level
Examinations / equivalent results based on the IP
school’s internal assessment and at least an A2 in
Higher Art or A1 in Art;
• Have successfully been admitted to AEP in one of
the AEP centres;
• Have a very good record of co-curricular activities
MOE Humanities Scholarship
• Have done consistently well in school, obtaining
outstanding results in the GCE O-Level
Examinations, with a minimum grade of B3 for
English / equivalent results based on IP school’s
internal assessment;
• Have a good record of co-curricular activities;
• Have successfully been admitted to one of the
Humanities Centres
MOE Humanities Scholarship
• Have done consistently well in school, obtaining
outstanding results in the GCE O-Level
Examinations, with a minimum grade of B3 for
English / equivalent results based on IP school’s
internal assessment;
• Have a good record of co-curricular activities;
• Have successfully been admitted to one of the
Humanities Centres
Language Elective Scholarships
• Have done consistently well in school, obtaining
outstanding results in the GCE ‘O’ Level
Examinations or equivalent results based on IP
school’s internal assessment, including a distinction
in English Language;
• Have successfully been admitted to one of the
English Language Elective Programme (ELEP)
centres;
• Have a very good record of co-curricular activities
Music Elective Scholarship
• Have done consistently well in school, obtained
outstanding results in their GCE O-Level Examinations
/ equivalent results based on the IP school’s internal
assessment, and at least an A2 in Higher Music or A1
in Music;
• Have successfully been admitted to MEP in one of
the MEP centres;
• Have a very good record of co-curricular activities
Regional Studies Programme Scholarship (Pre-
U)
• Have done consistently well in school, obtained
outstanding results in their GCE ‘O’ Level
Examinations
• At least a B3 in Malay (Special Programme) or Bahasa
Indonesia;
• Have been successfully admitted to RSP in one of the
RSP centres;
• Have a good co-curricular activities record
DSTA Scholarship
• Have achieved excellent results, with an aggregate of
not more than 8 points for first language and 5
relevant subjects for those doing GCE ‘O’ Level;
• Be studying in science stream with a keen interest in
Physics / Mathematics’
• Has interest to explore Defence Engineering or
Defence Research as a career.
Cluster Sponsorship - Nursing (Diploma)
• Available Full-term/ Mid-term Sponsorship for all ‘N’
or 'O' or 'A' levels holders admitted to
(i) Nanyang Polytechnic or
(ii) Ngee Ann Polytechnic
