Position Overview
Provide administrational support and coordination of IT Asset Fulfilment, Change Requests & Network related activities.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Coordinate and oversee Change Requests through the Change lifecycle within the ITSM Tool
Undertake reconciliation of end user IT assets within Configuration Management Database
Coordinate and write the CAB minutes
Undertake other coordination activities as requested by Change Manager & IT Service Asset Analyst
Assist with basic Network audits and implementation of NBN rectification services, ordering, planning, documentation updates & billing verification
Maintaining high level WAN performance through capacity planning & tuning updates through monitoring of Solar Wind & IP toolset
Assist the Network Patching process with change plans, tracking and implementing of upgrades.
Assist with tracking and allocation of network incidents, service requests and change management
Skills / Competencies
Self- Starter with a good understanding of enterprise technology systems and processes.
Familiar with hands on understanding of Microsoft office suite, (Word, Excel etc)

IT Systems, IT Asset Administration, Information Techonology, Network Operations and any similar disciplines
Eligibility Requirements
Currently studying in their penultimate or final year of a relevant undergraduate or post-graduate degree with an Australian university
Australian citizens and Permanent residents only
