Position Overview

Excellent opportunity to gain exposure to both Development Management and Project Management in the Medium Density Residential team in Melbourne.

Key responsibilities and Accountabilities

Provide support to the Development Manager in the planning stages of a large scale townhouse project in Melbourne;

Provide general support to the Project Management team as required;

Assist with general report writing;

Attend consultant meetings and assist with the preparation of meeting minutes;

Assist with the engagement of consultants and contractors;

Undertake cost analysis as required in collaboration with internal cost planning;

Contribute to team success by working collaboratively with own team members; assisting team members when needed; sharing ideas, knowledge and experience; and seeking to learn from team members.

Specification

Qualifications / Licences

Currently undertaking a degree in an engineering, property or construction related field

Experience

Demonstrated general work experience

Level 3, 80 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (02) 8270 9200 www.and.org.au

Property industry work experience is preferred but not essential

Skills / Competencies

General intermediate Microsoft Office skills essential
