As a member of the start-up team, we developed innovative techniques to in-troduce methods of sustainable building practices. We opened a 10,000 sq.ft. Store, created a community-education series, and became an information net-work for designers, builders, and hom-eowners. Through creative and personal customer-communication techniques, our team broke from industry standard practices, and satisfi ed the market de-mand for a better retail experience.
