    2 - 3 Head farmers guide the crops, stock,

    market and incubator farm. They lease the

    land from the Fullers.

    Farm interns sign 1-3 year

    contracts. Their work week

    consists of 25 hours on the farm

    and 6 hours at the market. Extra

    time is spent on 1-2 acres given to

    grow their own products and

    learning the business of a small

    farm. They are given room and a

    percentage of profits.

    Value-added products such as

    sausage, jerky, specialized wine

    vinegars & medicinals developed

    The demonstration garden illustrates

    strong presence and are harvested

    for sale and production in value-

    added products. The demonstration

    garden surrounds the barn.

    Market days are Satur day & Sunday.The community is invited to partici-

    pate in the market. Buyer Program

    customers receive discounts on food

    and can participate in u-picks for

    specific products.
