a 36 level building, 42,625

sq. m of development consist

of 156-residential flats (1 bed

room, 2-bed room, 3-bed

room units). Amenity level

with Swimming Pool, Kids

Pool, Kids Play Ground,

Jacuzzi, Multi-purpose Hall,

Open Air Areas, Green Area,

Toilets & Lockers. Ample

Parking space that can

accommodate 210 cars

(3 basement + 5 podiums).

the Abu Dhabi Securities

Exchange and the Cleveland

Clinic,.

• Rosewood Abu Dhabi is a 1.1

million sq. ft. (102,000 m²)

luxury, mixed-use development.

•The complex includes a five-

star 189-room Rosewood hotel,

139 serviced apartments,

banquet facilities, meeting

facilities, spa, fitness center,

retail space, restaurants, and

parking.

•Is a Green Energy Sustainable

Building under Estidama Pearl

rating in Abu Dhabi.

The architectural design and detailing of the

project are inspired by various elements found

in the textile language of Arabic culture,

specifically, the screens and veils seen

throughout the region. The tower’s textured

fenestration pattern allows day lighting to filter

into the interior spaces, creating a level of

comfort. The screen and veil concepts are

carried throughout the project’s exterior and

interior detailing.

Shams Abu Dhabi –

Al Rheem Island, Abu Dhabi UAE

The project is a mixed use

Commercial-Residential units

that is considered one of the

biggest projects in Abu Dhabi.

It is compose of four (4) 65

storey towers of which 3 would

be residential towers and 1 will

be a hotel, a 22 storey

residential commercial tower

including 5 storey podium and 3

sub-structure basements. One

of its iconic architectural

elements would be the capping

bridge that connects all four

towers together and houses the

penthouse residential units and

considered as the tallest

penthouse in the world.

The project estimated cost is

around 3.3 billion AED

(USD 896,739,130 approx)

and would take 44 months

(3.6 years) to complete. When

completed, it will be one of the

magnificent landmarks in the

city.

Lust greens and pave walking are provided on the

public areas to make it pedestrian friendly

environment.

Facilities for tenants is being provided at podium area

ample of greens like trees and lawns are being planted

to have a natural environment ambiance and

integrating nature to the totality of the design.

architects from college & others

allied professionals.

The project objective is to have open space planning inspired by environmental features of the site (macro & micro

environment). Surrounded by large farm lands and a mountain backdrop. The existing site consist of mature fruit bearing

trees that needs to be consider in conceptualizing & planning stage. Pocket garden being infused on the plans &

spacious living area is provided to give a continuity with the outside environment. Cross ventilation & sun path is also

being considered in preparation & location of all fenestration, in order for the client to save in the long-run and for the

structure to breath as well.

by their rights & struggling to have

dignity.
