You now have an account with your club to book your club chukkas on line.

Please login to www.polobooker.com with the username and password provided in your initial email. You can do this from your mobile phone or computer.You will be presented with the choice to change your contact details via the Contact Details link.You can change your name, address and other contact details as well as your username and password to something you can more easily remember.

Click on 3 or 4 a side to see the calendar of events. You will see the available chukka events marked in blue. You can only book your chuk-kas before your club cut o� time. Click on the day you are interested in booking.

You now have a preference to play early or late chukkas and an option to play only one horse. Choose the number of chukkas you wish to play and you will receive an email con�rming your booking is pending.

Booked chukkas turn the background green. Click on a green day to edit your chukkas for that day.

You can also delete your chukkas at any time prior to the cut o� time of your club.

When the club has con�rmed the chukkas for an event, the background will turn orange.

Once chukkas have been con�rmed, you will receive an email with the club chukka list for that event.

“So what is the system?”

Now you are set up you can book and edit your chukkas from any place you are, on your mobile or at home. You can do this up till your clubs booking cut o� time.

When bookings are con�rmed you will receive an email with the event chukka list. You can also see the list published on your club web site.

�is is now your clubs primary chukka booking method. It is designed to make life easy for you and your club management.
