Dear Parents,

A new year brings us new hopes and joys. While looking forward to the future, may we recall

some good memories that our future shall build upon.

At the 69th Hong Kong Schools Speech Festival, our Junior and Senior English Choral Speaking

Teams won the 2nd & 3rd Places respectively, and Senior Chinese Choral Speaking Team won

the 1st Runner-Up. In addition, our Science Team obtained a lot of prizes, including two Gold

Medals and one Silver Medal at the Hong Kong International Student Innovative Invention

Contest 2017, and five 2nd Runner-Ups in 2017全港校際 STEM教育 發揮潛能大賽高小組.

Thanksgiving 360 Christmas Party

This year, we have incorporated organic gardening into our

P3 GS curriculum. Every student has a chance to practically

experience in growing a corn from seeding to harvesting

during lessons. Look at their smiley faces! They do learn

through fun.

Thanksgiving 360 ∘ was held during 23-11 November.

Through different activities, we encouraged our students to

have a thankful heart, and bear in mind that both good times

and bad times would enable us to learn and grow stronger

and wiser. The joyful Christmas Party on 21 December put a

perfect end to the 1st Term.

For the 2nd Term, we are going to organize the Annual Sports

Day on 12 January. This will be followed by different

language weeks, Open Day, Art Exhibition, etc. On the other

hand, the re-provisioning of swimming pool is in good

progress. Please tell us if you have any views on the project.
