The website has been redesigned to create a more intuitive user experience. I have attached a preview of the changes that you can share with members of your team. Two new systems are being introduced. Attached is information for utilizing the Personnel Grievance and Client Grievance systems. CARF standards require the use of a variety of mechanisms, on an ongoing basis, for the collection of input from persons served, personnel and other stakeholders. The new grievance systems, along with the survey functions, will assist in meeting these standards. Please review the attached instructions and forward to members of your management team that will be implementing them. You will need to add additional security settings for members of your management team that will be reading and/or responding to client and/or personnel grievances. We are pleased to announce several updates to the Accreditation Now website, taking place on January 12th, 2018 9:00PM CST.

The website has been redesigned to create a more intuitive user experience. I have attached a preview of the changes that you can share with members of your team.
