Membership at Hickory Hills Country ClubAs an exclusive member-owned, equity club, all of our members own stock ($500 of every Initiation Fee), which is redeemable at

the time of the termination of the membership (subject to a wait list). This equity share provides for voting privileges on such issues as incoming club members, Board members and other corporate matters.

Golf Membership Age 40-75Initiation Fee $10,000Monthly Dues $482

Corporate Membership Application must be made by the firm, with a minimum of one and a maximum of twelve (12) designees per share of stock. A designee may be changed after application and approval by the Board, subject to a non-refundable transfer fee, as determined by the Board.

Terms & Operational FeesInstallment Option • Initiation Fees for any membership category can be paid in three annual installments. (This option is not available for

Preview Memberships.)

Terms • All membership applications are subject to approval by the Board • All categories, fees, and dues are subject to change by the Board• Dues are pro-rated from date of acceptance from the beginning of the fiscal year beginning April 1st• Each of the foregoing membership categories include membership privileges to the member’s spouse and children, as

provided in the Club’s Bylaws. Non-Resident Membership does not include membership privileges to children.

Clubhouse Fees Club Improvements FundWith plans to make significant improvements to the club over the next three-to-five years, members pay a fee of $50/month to cover future capital projects.

Hospitality PremiumWe are confident in our food and beverage operation, and we want you to be proud of it, too. Therefore, there is no Food/Beverage Minimum for our members, nor will you incur the traditional 18% service charge each time you dine with us. To ensure that our members receive exemplary service year-round, each member family pays a Hospitality Premium of $25/month, allowing for competitive staff wages and seasonal balance within our operation.

Locker Rental• Full Locker $100/yr.• Half Locker (option for Ladies only) $50/yr.

ensure that golfers of all skill levels will have a memorable experience. 2015 PGA Professional of the Year and #1 Golf Instructor in the state, Rick Neal,

and Assistant Pro, Billy Neal, staff the Pro Shop year-round, assisting members with private lessons and equipment selection. Fully appointed men’s and women’s

Dining & EventsWorld class golf deserves world class amenities. At Hickory Hills Country Club, you have both, with services and facilities for every occasion, event or business

meeting. Among friends, members savor a level of incomparable hospitality. Executive Chef Melinda Burrows, CEC and her culinary team offer a menu that

boasts a wide assortment of items catering to each guest’s unique taste and request. The club offers an impressive variety of year-round social events, from

the infamous Scavenger Hunt, Oyster Roast, and February Party, to more family-oriented events like Boo Bash, Carnival, Laser Tag Campout and more.

PoolOpen Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, the pool at Hickory

provides members with a refreshing space to swim, play and relax under sunny skies and colorful cabanas. The fan-shaped pool includes eight lanes and two

wading zones, with a zero depth entry area and mushroom water feature. The pool tapers into a 12-foot deep diving well with one meter diving board, and

is fully staffed with Red Cross-certified lifeguards. Located poolside is a playground and fully-staffed snack bar, offering both indoor and

outdoor seating for guests.

TennisHickory’s well-maintained, lighted tennis area features six hard courts, two clay courts, an outdoor pavilion and patio space. The Pro Shop is staffed year-round

by USPTR professional, Jim Klousia, who has over 30 years teaching experience, and assists our members with private lessons, special clinics, organized play and

equipment selection. Throughout the years, many state and area champions have called the courts at Hickory Hills Country Club their home.
