Our Manifesto

Our communal, transpersonal and preventative holistic health model utilizes evidence-based practices in transpersonal psychol-ogy, liberation psychology, energy healing, yoga, meditation, crystal

healing, aromatherapy, herbal nutrition, whole foods and social entrepreneurship.

Our healing treatments, courses, outreach and social entrepreneurship programs creates wellness, peace and abundance in communities in our own

back-yard and around the world.

We believe in the practices of transpersonal psychology and in honoring the spiritual domain of the human psyche. Our holistic health treatments and courses define, classify, cultivate and nurture the qualities of awe, bliss, wonder, transcen-dence of the self, spirit, oneness, cosmic awareness, individual and species -wide

synergy, sacralization of everyday life, cosmic self humor, self-actualization, playfulness happiness, joy, love & maximal sensory awareness and provides a foundation for the

creation of practical methods of application in schools and communities.

In order to affect global change, we embrace and embody liberation ideas such as individual and community empowerment, engagement, commitment and leadership as healing forces in communities. Our approach is also careful to weigh the interre-lation between current suffering and the cultural and historical roots of the people and places we serve. Our model is grounded in the American principles of freedom

and liberty for all and is grounded in a truly holistic view of health, one that empowers people physically, psychologically, spiritually, culturally, economically and socially.

Reiki is the Japanese phrase for “universal life energy,” or in Hawayo Takata’s words, “God- power.” The Usui System of Reiki Healing is a hands-on healing practice. Reiki - universal life energy - is channeled through the practitioner’s hands for self-treat-ment or treatment of others. Indigenous healers and shamans have used crystals to bring physical, mental, emo-tional and spiritual health to people for thousands of years. Our curriculum is ground-ed in scientific, evidence based practices and training in the use of crystals in preven-

tative treatment, education and research. Rigorous, well-designed clinical trials for crystal healing practices are nonexistent. Our goal is to demonstrate the safety and effectiveness of crystal healing practices by building a scientific evidence base about

crystal healing as a complementary alternative medicine and therapy.

The Crystal Healing Therapist Certification can be taken in as little as ten months. Each pillar includes 8 portals. Each portal includes 5-7 hours of reading,

live instructional online video presentations, discussions, mediations and applied practice as well as opportunity for self- reflection and personal healing.

Pillar I: Indigenous Crystal Healing PracticesA solid foundation in the published religious, scientific and literary history of crystal

healing. Learn how ancient civilizations like Atlantis, Lemuria and Egypt harnessed the power of crystals to enhance their relationships with God, each other and Mother

Earth. Understand how indigenous shamans from all over the world have used crys-tals for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing. An overview of the major

principles of energy healing systems including Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) and Pranic Healing. Students will learn how to use crystals to work with the first 12

layers of the auric field.

Pillar II: Geophysical & Metaphysical PropertiesCrystals heal energetically. The place that the crystal came from within the earth, as

well as the physical location and direction of the healing practices employed are influ-enced by geophysical properties. A thorough overview of the geophysical and meta-

physical properties of crystals through detailed readings, diagrams and presentations to help you understand how to use specific crystals to bring balance and harmony in your physical body. Explore the scientific theories and research that support our un-derstanding of how crystals heal. Learn how to quantitatively and qualitatively define

Crystal Healing Therapist Certification


Pillar III: Anatomy and PhysiologyA thorough understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the body. This is an intro-duction to the major body systems. You will understand what each body system does,

how each body system relates to the others including the integumentary system, skeletal system, muscular system, nervous system, sensory system, endocrine system, cardiovascular system, lymphatic system, respiratory system, digestive system, urinary system, and reproductive system. You will be able to identify and explain major cells, tissues, and organs, and be able to identify and explain functions of central muscles and bones. Practice beginning energy healing with crystals on yourself and on others

at a distance.

Pillar IV: Integrative Crystal Therapy & Transcendent Business Practices

A comprehensive and practical overview of current crystal healing techniques and applications. Learn how to use evidence-based methods including color therapy, po-larity therapy, grids, hypnosis, guided meditation and other crystal healing techniques

to bring healing to illness and disease and as preventative treatments. This course provides an in depth opportunity to practice Crystal Healing methods with others and

on yourself. Receive a structural outline of how to integrate Crystal Healing into an existing practice or career path and guidance for how to communicate about crystals

in mainstream environments.

Pillar V: Applied Research Methods & Crystal Healing Therapist Trainer Certification

The emerging field of Complementary and Alternative medicine provides an oppor-tunity to bring our knowledge about crystals to mainstream populations through re-search. This level of certification is the final step in your journey as a Crystal Healing Therapist. It introduces you to the field of scientific research and invites the explora-

tion of crystal healing research. It also provides you with the opportunity to participate in a practicum. The final level of our program provides you with the tools and practical

skills you will need to teach Crystal Healing locally or online. The culmination of our program is the final Crystalline Lightbody Attunement & DNA Activation.


The Spiritual Intuitive Certification is a 10 month course to prepare you to begin or build upon a healing practice in your personal or professional life. Our curriculum is

Student Intensive Retreats

Included in the registration and tuition for our certification programs are student intensive retreats. It is not necessary to attend the retreats to obtain certification. The

retreats are an optional time for experiential practice.

All of the instruction will happen in the online portals. The retreat it is a time to deepen our practice and to receive in person attunements. Included in the retreats is breakfast and lunch on both days. All of our retreats are held in our Seaside Sanctuary

in South Dartmouth, Massachusetts.

Starting in the Spring of 2016, we welcome our students into two-day intensive re-treats at our Seaside Sanctuary. It has been a labor of love and magical journey to

prepare this beautiful corner of Mother Earth for our students.

Aimee Rebekah Shea, M.A., CHT

Aimee is a holistic therapist, meditation teacher, and writer. She is the co founder and executive director of Indigo International. Aimee is a certified clinical hypnotherapist, a Reiki Master and has been trained profes-sionally in Integrated Energy Therapy, Angel Therapy®, crystal healing and mediumship.

Aimee’s bestselling Chakra Healing Guided Meditation and Creative Visualization Pro-gram has helped thousands of people all over the world bring harmony back into their bodies, minds and spirits.

Aimee taught history, geography and health in middle and high schools in the public school systems in Massachusetts, Florida and California. She is a national board certified teacher and was recognized as a 2006 Who’s Who of America’s Teachers.

She has completed extensive graduate level educational research, she holds a Master’s Degree in Education from NOVA Southeastern University and has com-pleted Master’s coursework in Mental Health Counseling at NOVA Southeastern University, Depth Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute and Public Health at Walden University.

Aimee en-joys experiencing and sharing divine wisdom from lightbeings, an-gels, ascended teachers, animal spirits, crystals, herbs and whole foods. She is currently working to demonstrate the effectiveness of energy healing practices through the development of an evidence based scientific research program. Her goal in all her work is to educate and empower individuals to realize transcen-dent health.

Emma Louise Parish, Ph.D

Emma is an inspiring charismatic health & lifestyle coach and spiritual healer. She is the co founder of Indigo International.

Emma began her journey researching and studying hypnosis and metaphysical prac-tices in 1991. She earned her doctorate degree in Pastoral Hypnotherapy from the American Board of Hypnosis in 2007. Emma has studied and worked with children

with learning disabilities such as Autism, ADHD, Aspergers, and other life challenges. She wants to pass on any lessons she learned along the way to help smooth the paths for the next generation of these gifted and heaven sent souls. Using methods such as

the law of attraction, developing your intuition, and empowering forms of the clear-ing technique, Emma is able to teach others how to clear and heal themselves to find

their own spiritual path and journey.

Emma prefers integrated healing and clarity coaching to provide various types of therapy for each individual client as needed. Emma is dedicated to excellence in her practice. She is a Reiki Master Teacher, a Vinyasa Yoga teacher trainer and Antigravity fitness teacher. She is professionally trained in Angel Therapy®, Angel Intuitive®, and

Tay Marie Voorhis

Tay is the Happiness Director for Indigo International and Pleiadian Institute. She assists all our volunteers, staff members, students and Indigo Family members to flow in harmony with one another and the cosmos.

Tay has worked in personal development coaching and inspires each person she meets to step into their greatness.

Tay’s passion is music; she sings and plays 13 instruments! When Tay is not directing happiness with us, you can find her shining her light into the world and singing in her cottage at our sea-side sanctuary.

Tay’s heart-centered service to the world shines through in all she does everyday.

Can I take these classes at my own pace?

Yes! All of our courses are designed to guide you through one month at a time (about seven hours of reading, live instruction, practice and evaluations per week.) However,

you can go faster or slower, whatever works best for you, there is no penalty for taking your time :) Each course offers unlimited technical support and email student support

to help you to stay on track & focused.

If I pay right now can I start taking the course right away or do I have to wait for the course to officially begins?

All courses operate on a rolling admissions basis. This means, when you enroll, you can begin that same day (unless the program has a release date in the future) As soon

How will the course be run?

Each course has it’s own virtual portal that gives you access to the weekly streaming videos, which you can watch from your computer, IPad, phone, or other compatible mobile device at your convenience...as many times as you like!. Also in the course

portals are all class resources, calendars for discussion groups and mentoring. Once you register, you’ll get the opportunity to log into the student portal and begin your healing and learning journey. You’ll be able to watch the class videos, download the reading materials, register for group discussions and contact student support, all at your convenience. So all you need to do is find a quiet space wherever you like; on

your sofa, at the beach, or in your backyard, and log in whenever its convenient!


Frequently Asked Questions


I am interested in offering your courses to my own clients, can I do this?

YES! All of the course materials including videos and all program resources are yours to keep forever & watch & refer to as many times as you like! You have the permission

of Indigo International after you have completed the course to use these materials in your own practice. If you plan to the use the course materials, you must properly

credit Indigo International. More details on how to do this are inside each portal.

How does grading work?

Only our certification programs have academic performance requirements. You will need a 75% or better on each evaluation, however, we work with you is you do not

receive the full 75% and allow for makeup evaluations after a mentoring appointment in which our teacher will review where you should focus yourself in order to achieve the passing score. The evaluations are holistic, this means that you will have some traditional quizzes and tests, however, these will be integrated with self reflective

essays, hands-on projects and documented practice healing treatments.

Our curriculum is grounded in Howard Gardner’s philosophy of Multiple Intelligences. Through this paradigm, we recognize that each student has his or her unique

genius that is a blend of: linguistic intelligence, spatial intelligence, logical-mathematical intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, interpersonal intelligence,

bodily-kinesthetic intelligence, musical intelligence and naturalistic intelligence. The first evaluation within each of our certificate and degree programs will be a

survey that will help you to determine (if you do not already know) where your natural strengths lie. You can then choose which types of evaluations you would like to

complete that best support you in your natural intelligence and in any areas you are seeking to improve upon.
