THE 4 PLC QUESTIONS1. What knowledge and skills should every student

master as a result of this unit of instruction?2. How will we know when each student has

mastered the essential knowledge and skills? 3. How will we respond when some students do not

learn? 4. How will we extend, enrich and personalize

learning for students already proficient?

MAIL CALL PROTOCOL LOGISTICAL TIPS

1. Each person receives an envelope containing three index cards. 2. On the outside of the envelope, describe a problem of practice your team is facing in regards to PLC work, 3. Write your name on the envelope and then passes the envelope to another person (at a different table) for ideas to help solving the problem 4. The process continues until the envelope is returned to the original person, containing several new ideas inside.
