ABSTRACTIn this project assembly of stenter machine is
operated automatically using PLC and HMI .The speed is control by vfd.
Principle : speed synchronizationThere is one master motor and no of slave
motors are synchronized throgh the command of master motor.
As we are preparing a demo model of the system which operate stenter machine so only one slave motor is used.

We have connected two vfd for speed control, mcb for protection, plc for automatic control, hmi for giving input, RS-232 and RS-485 for communication.
We are providing three phase supply.
