Last year we agreed to play and leading role and support:-
• The Construction 2025 “industrial strategy for construction”• CDM 2015 regulatory changes• The business case and implementation of BIM• Health improvements• Position the CCG as an elite group in the industry• The Business Case• CE Regions and Clubs• Draw other Client groups together and champion common themes• Focus on Whole Life value• Procurement• Construction Clients Commitments (refresh/evaluate/support)

• Formulating a client umbrella group “The Construction Clients Forum” from existing client bodies
“one client voice leading and enabling better performance from the industry”

• Representation at the Construction Leadership Council and Delivery Group supporting Construction 2025
• Maximising our influence on the the Strategic Forum for Construction.
Strengthening client leadership and influence in 2014/15 through:
Strengthening client leadership and influence through Promotion of the Client Commitments
• Collaborating with the RIBA to produce a “Guide for Construction Clients”
• Promoting Whole Life Value as a business imperative
• Leading the client work stream of CDM 2015

• Equipping clients to be able to specify BIM to best advantage
• Benchmarking where clients feel there is best business advantage
• Promoting health in construction
• Representation and influencing all ConIAC working groups

• Carbon reduction – “Make the right choices”• BIM• Defects – “1 to 5% of construction costs”• Procurement – “Cultural aspects and EU regulations”• H&S Group – CDM 2015 & Better health
