Mollidgewock State Park

About the CampgroundThis primitive campground is located on NH Route 16 approimatley 28 miles north of Berlin and three miles south of Errol. It has 44 campsites including remote and canoe-to-sites along the Androscoggin River and is open for reservable stays from Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day weekend.

About the Remote SitesEach site has a picnic table, fireplace and outhouse. Drinking water is not available at remote sites but campers are welcome to fill portable water containers at the main campground. There are no provisions for trash pick-up. All trash, including biodegradables, are carry-in/carry-out and are to be disposed of properly.

Facilities, Services and AmenitiesWater and pit toilets are located in the campground. Wood and ice are offered. Kayaks and canoes can be rented.

About the Policies•All campers, including those with a reservation and those on remote sites, must register at the campground office between 1 pm and 8 pm. Check-out time is 11am.

•If the campground office is closed, registration at the self-registration station is required. Provide the requested information on the envelope provided, enclose the fee, and deposit in the designated slot.

•Payment is due upon registration and must be U.S funds. Only cash or traveler’s check are accepted.

•Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.

•There is a maximum of 4 adults and a maximum of two tents per site.

•Pets are permitted in the campground but must be leashed and attended to at all times.

•Cutting standing trees and shrubs and using power saws is prohibited.

•Do not wash dishes or brush teeth at water stations.

•10 mph is the speed limit in the campground.

•Pets and RVs are not permitted in youth group areas.

•Firewood is a major carrier of exotic insects and tree diseases. It is unlawful to bring firewood from out-of- state locations. (RSA 227-K:17).

ActivitiesThe campground is located within the Thirteen Mile Woods Scenic Area which is popular for watching moose and other wildlife. The nearby rivers are a favorite among picnickers, anglers, canoeists, and kayakers.

For Your Safety Do not invite wildlife into the campground or to your campsite. Keep a clean site, dispose of food waste properly and secure all food and heavily scented items in your vehicle at night. Coolers left out are easily opened by raccoons or destroyed by bears.

Making a ReservationReservations may be made by calling ReserveAmerica at 1-877-647-2757 or online at nhstateparks.org. Reservations for organized youth group camping are required and should be made by calling the Concord Office at (603) 271-3556. Youth group reservations are not available online.
