45 Planometric Views When drawing planometrics we first of alldraw
the plan of an object, full size, on thebase of our crate at the
correct angles. Then we project vertically the correct distanceand
draw the shapes there. Planometric Views Shown opposite is a sketch
of a shape and orthographic views of the shape. Plan We will now
draw a planometric view of this shape. Elevation End Elevation
Planometric Views Start by drawing the plan full size on the base
of the planometric view. Plan Planometric Views Now project up the
heights from this base at 90. These heights should be drawn full
size from the Elevation. Plan Elevation Planometric Views We will
now recap how this planometric drawing was constructed. Plan
Elevation Planometric Views The plan is drawn on the base of the

top surface of the drawing is added.
