Bouwfonds European Real Estate Parking Fund S.a.r.l and Bouwfonds IM FinancialServices – part of the Bouwfonds GroupActing for the owners of two investment properties (car parks) which will have to be acquired tomake way for the Westfield Shopping Centre. We advised our clients on all aspects of theproposed redevelopment, in particular on the CPO process.

British Arab Commercial Bank Plc and St Martins Property Investments LimitedThe proposed development by London Underground to upgrade Bank station will affect bothclients who we are advising on all aspects of the proposed order, including preparing for attendanceat a public inquiry and negotiating complex private agreements to protect their interests.

Lightsource Renewable Energy LimitedAdvising in relation to the development (including securing planning) of over 30 ground-mountedsolar farms exceeding 250MW capacity. We have established a strong bond with this new clientwhich is reflected in the number of projects that they have instructed us to act on.

Accor Hotels GroupAdvising Accor in relation to their petition to Parliament in respect of the HS2 Bill which will affect 4of their major hotels and proposes to demolish a flagship hotel in order to make way for theconstruction of a new station for HS2.

Heads of the Valleys Development Company Limited "Circuit of Wales"Providing strategic planning advice in relation to this multi-purpose development for motorsports. We advised this client on different aspects of planning law at both the developmental andimplementation stages of the project.

Schroder Real Estate Investment TrustAdvised SREIT in relation to the redevelopment of a large strategic site next to the WembleyStadium, following our involvement securing the planning permission for a mixed use 400,000 sq ftscheme.

The Prudential Assurance Company LimitedRepresented the Prudential (owner of a large out of town retail park in Eastbourne) in relation toHigh Court proceedings brought by a third party against the adoption by Eastbourne Council of itsCore Strategy.

Landowner - Mixed Use Residential-Led DevelopmentAdvising a longstanding client on the major redevelopment of their property to include up to 220residential units, employment and a park and ride complex. Assisting with securing planningpermission for two alternative schemes for the same site.
