Software tester replaces its old systems with PlanMill PSA SaaS

Software testing company Com-IQ Ltd chose a web-based PSA (Pro-fessional Services Automation) so-lution from PlanMill to support its growing business needs. With the new PSA solution Com-IQ enhances its customer relations processes, those involving control of person-nel and projects, as well as key fi-nancial processes such as billing.

Com-IQ’s Managing Director Ant-ti Öfversten saw that the company urgently needed to find a web-based system that would provide them support in different client lo-cations and that can grow as their business needs develop.

The company prides itself on the flexibility of their own business operations, being able to act fast in order to support their clients’ needs.

With the new PSA solution Nitro has stream-lined its processes involving customer re-lations, control of personnel, projects and also key financial processes, such as billing. The new PSA solution replaces Nitro’s old self-made and self-developed systems, as well as Excel-based systems.

According to Nitro’s CEO Pasi Niit-tymäki the company was looking for a system that could provide support in dif-ferent countries and could grow as their business needs developed.
