Key Responsibility Areas:

1. High Level checking of Payroll deliverable & Ensure all deliverable met as per the timelines.2. All Statutory payment are done, post completing monthly payroll. 3. Weekly call with Google Team to update the status task execution done during the week.4. Backup creation in case of emergency to handle my countries payroll activities.5. Creation and regular updating of Process Documents6. Monthly meeting with Google Team over Video Conference for Planning/ checklist / PSP Rating7. Involved in various automation process to minimize cost and time in process.

Responsibilities as Team Lead: 1. Conducting internal team meeting every morning and briefing the team on

that particular day activities, tasks and also providing solutions and alternatives to challenges that team faces in completing due activities before agreed timelines or deadline.

2. Monthly and Ad-Hoc 1:1 with Team Members to provide constructive feedback on their performance

3. Weekly CSAT Score preparation and providing feedback to team on improvement area.

Role: Handled Singapore Payroll, one of the leading Client in the world apart from the other client’s .Complete Payroll activity. Independently handling around 1500 employees, relating to query resolutions of payroll and processing payroll from end to end, with strict timelines. Capacity to handle independently, around 5000 to 10,000 employees.
