METHOD:1. Ask an adult to preheat your oven to

200ºC/fan 180ºC/gas mark 6.

2. Use a rolling pin to unroll the pastry onto a lightly floured surface until it’s roughly 35cm long and 25cm wide.

3. Spread a layer of pasta sauce over the pastry, leaving a 1cm border around the edges.

4. Sprinkle over the grated Yeo Valley Organic Cheddar and then arrange the ham evenly on top.

5. Starting at one of the short ends, roll the pastry up as tightly as possible. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.

6. Ask an adult to help you to cut the roll into 10 equal slices, laying the slices flat onto a parchment lined baking tray as you go.

7. Brush each swirl lightly with a beaten organic egg and sprinkle over the herbs.

8. Ask an adult to bake your swirls for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden.

9. Leave to stand for 5-10 minutes on a wire cooling tray before serving.
