Pioneer Park

Pioneer Park is a mixed use development in a growing

region outside of Delhi. A mix of retail, residential, and

office development is organized around a significant

central open space, the Great Park, which is to become

the heart of this new community. Conceptually, the

entire development is set within the framework of the

park’s urban forest. Sheltered within its forest canopy,

fill, and water retention are all part of various landscape

features that focus on emerging green technologies.
