Pinewood Spring Variety Show featuring Toni Lee as Karen Carpenter 11th March 2015 Dear Parent/Carer RE: PINEWOOD SPRING VARIETY SHOW – 20TH MARCH 2015 6.30-8.30pm Toni Lee will be performing as Karen Carpenter along with Pinewood singing choir, solo’s and more. Toni visited Pinewood last year it was a very successful evening. Toni Lee is a well-known Karen Carpenter tribute act and currently has a sell out tour of the country running through April (We’ve Only Just Begun – A celebration of the life and music of Karen Carpenter – A Life Left Short). Toni has kindly agreed to sing with us again as an added date to her tour. We look forward to seeing you all there to applaud the creative talents of our Choir, Drama Club and Creative Pathway Groups and to see the wonderful Toni Lee as Karen Carpenter. There will be performances by the Signing Choir, Instrumental and Vocal Solos, Poetry and more. Food will be served as part of the ticket price and a bar will serve various beverages!
