Product information - Hygienic-Air-Geothermal-Heatexchanger:

The Hygienic-Air-Geothermal-Heatexchanger rounds off the Pluggit 2Q fresh air system to form a holistic, innovativeand energy-saving ventilation concept.And what is more, simple and trouble-free integration isguaranteed because all of the components have been harmo-nised with the Pluggit Fresh Air System.

The GTC significantly increases the level of energy utilisation.It goes without saying that a Hygienic-Air–Geothermal-Heatexchanger is not an air conditioner. The GTC warms thefresh outside air in winter and cools it pleasantly during thesummer. To take advantage of this effect in summer the airshould be guided through a bypass unit and bypass the heatexchanger of the fresh air unit.The outside air supplied to the building must meet high levelsof hygiene. This is guaranteed by Pluggit through the use ofspecially designed, food-safe PE materials. Rigid ductworkwith U-shaped, canted exterior surface and a smooth interiorsurface ensures that no water can collect to form a culturemedium for microorganisms. Installing the ductwork at aslope ensures that any condensate that may form flows safelyalong the smooth interior surface to the integrated drain atthe lowest point. As is customary with Pluggit we offer you an intelligent system solution comprising a small number of

technically sophisticated, high-quality components that whenput together to a coherent assembly kit ensures that systeminstallation is rapid and simple. All components feature push-fit connections for easy assembly.
