Photos Instructions: Please use your cell phone to take a series of photos as shown below. Please hold your phone vertically for the first 3 photos.

1. No smile for this one, just bite gently in to your normal bite position.

2. Teeth together gently in your normal bite and SMILE!

3. For this one, turn to your left and bite gently on your back teeth in your normal biteposition. Now don’t cheat and push your jaw forward, I need to see how much your lower jaw sits back. (Many people when they have protruding front teeth will mask it in a photo by pushing their lower jaw forward. I don’t want that, just for these photos!!)

For This set we call them TEEFIES, selfies of your teeth!! Please hold your phone horizonally for these.

For this first one, just bare your teeth. Put your teeth together with as little lips in the photo as possible. If you have a helper you coud use a couple of spoons to help hold your cheeks away, otherwise just try your best.

For these next two we want you to bite in your normal bite and show me your back teeth as much as you can. Again, a spoon might help to hold your cheek away. One for the left and one for the right.

Well done we’re on to the last two. For this one, open your mouth as wide as possible and take a picture of your top teeth.

For the last one, open your mouth as wide as posible and take a photo of your lower teeth.
