Photography Unit 1 Still Life Create a still life using objects of your choice based on your chosen theme. Experiment with lighting, backgrounds and placement. Use your knowledge of the formal elements and compositional rules to create at least one final image. You will also need to show at least 6 different experiments created using in camera photo techniques or digital photoshop (or similar) techniques. These will go in your visual diaries and need to be annotated - explain what you did, why it does, or does not work visually and how it fits in with your idea. Ensure you do screen grabs of your work in photoshop at all the different stages of your development. You will also need to write an artist statement to accompany the final image.
