MICHAEL WILLIAMS CSJFTC Public Affairs On Feb. 19, the Louisiana Army National Guard’s 256th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (IBCT) hosted a media day and “Bosslift” event at Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center. Through the Louisiana Employer Support for the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), the “Bosslift” is to familiarize employers and community leaders with the vital role the National Guard and Reserve play in pre- serving national security when called upon. More than 60 employers and community leaders were transported by military aircraft to CSJFTC where they observed mobiliza- tion training and mingled with National Guard Soldiers (their employees) of the 256th IBCT.
