General Board Meeting
All parents/guardians are
encouraged to attend this meeting.
Date: Tuesday December 10, 2019 Time: 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm Location: ELC Location Pizza supper and childcare will be provided. Thank you for volunteering your valuable time!!
Fee Reminder Please take note of the monthly fees as
listed below:
Kindergarten - $775
Full-time - $550
Part-time - $500
**We ask that post-dated cheques are
provided for the school year
(September – June). If you have not
done so already, please bring the post-
dated cheques to the main office at the
Richard Secord School Location. As
per the handbook, you will be then
charged a late fee if your cheques are
not received in time.
If you have any questions, please feel
free to speak with Jade in the office.
CASINO FUNDRAISER
The money raised will go directly toward our program and ensures that we are able to continue providing quality child care to our community! The date for the casino fundraiser this year is December 13th and 14th More information will be sent out the parents in near future! https://volunteersignup.org/P3FWX
Reminders:
• If your child will be absent, please
ensure you notify the centre in
advance. We will expect all children to
be attending each day unless we hear
otherwise.
• When notifying the centre of your child
being sick, please state what your
child’s symptoms are to the staff, as
per Alberta Health Services standard
• Parents are NOT permitted to enter the
school through the centre’s entrance. If
you wish to speak with a teacher or
pick your child up directly from school,
please use to school’s main entrance.
• During morning drop off, please ensure
that you come into the centre to sign
your child(ren) in on the clipboard. This
is to ensure the safety of your
child(ren) as per our licensing
requirement.
• Please do not let anyone into the
centre. It is the responsibility of the
RSOSC staff to answer the door to
ensure we are aware of all people
entering the building.
• Please ensure to send your child with
appropriate winter gear each day. Each
child should arrive to the centre every
day with a hat, gloves, snow boots,
snow pants and winter jackets/coats.
• **As per the Parent Handbook, “a fee
of $2.00/minute/child will be charged
for each minute after 6:00 p.m. that a
child remains at the Centre.” This is
payable directly to the staff members
on duty.

Christmas Concert
The Christmas concert will be held
on January 17, 2020 at ELC
location. All parents/guardians are
encouraged to give a performance.
