Peter’s Yard produces a unique range of award-winning Swedish crispbread and has been awarded three stars and also named as one of Britain’s Top 50 Foods at the 2015 Great Taste Awards.

The nature of the recipe and the versatility of sizes allows usage to extend across canapés, with cheese and as a light alternative to bread.

Their light, crisp texture and subtle taste do not dominate the flavours they're paired with, making our crispbread the perfect host for smoked salmon, artisan cheese, sweet and savoury toppings or dips.

We only use all-natural, high-quality simple ingredients - rye, sourdough, fresh milk, Shipton Mill Organic Flour, salt and honey and authentic Swedish recipes.

They are high in fibre, low in sugar and calories.

They are selected by Michelin-starred restaurants like The Waterside Inn, Gleneagles and Restaurant Martin Wishart and celebrity chefs including Valentine Warner and Nigel Slater.

Our naturally fermenting sourdough starter is allowed to ferment for16 hours before we use it in baking and comes from an original"mother" that is over 40 years old.
