Involvement in Asian and International Marathons … For over 2 decades (1984 till date)

• 1992 Asian Marathon Champion• 75 Full Marathons and 123 Half Marathons in 25 years of

competitive running (1984 – 2009).• 25 Gold, 12 Silver and 13 Bronze in full marathons and more

than 90 medals in Half Marathon.• 105,000 kms run to date, across the globe, in 25 countries,

in last 22 years of competitive running. • Masters in Public Administration, NIS Diploma in Athletics,

Yoga and Aerobics Trainer.• Now actively involved in Health and Fitness programme for

children, youth, women and the senior citizens.• Working as Partner with WHO, UNICEF, Ministry of Health,

Narcotics Control Bureau and Govt of Delhi for Drug Abuse Prevention and Social Awareness Projects
