WHAT?

Personal Brand Marathon is a training course with the purpose to discover

and practice new concepts as personal branding, social entrepreneurship,

through non-formal methods. This project will help the participants to

develop both professional and personal skills. We focus on all 19 abilities

and competences needed for a personal and professional projects and to

develop your career path.

WHEN?

Personal brand marathon

is a training course that will be implemented between20-28 October

2014. The participants will arrive on 19 in the evening or on 20 in the

morning and they will be transported from airport and train station to the

accommodation place.

WHO?

5 participants from Romania, Croatia, Italy, Spain, Slovakia, Latvia

During 8 days, 30 young people from 6 different countries from the European Union (Romania, Croatia, Italy, Spain,

Slovakia, Latvia) interested to extend their know-how regarding personal branding, public speaking, coaching,

strategic thinking, entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship will exchange examples of good practices at European

level, but same time learn new skills related to the matter. The participants will develop their skills, knowledge and

attitude regarding the topic of the project, SKAs that will help the youngsters in their personal and professional path.

The participants in the project will be chosen considering the following

criteria:

aged between 20 and 35 years;

we need 5 participants from each country involved in this project;

actively involved in the field of youth work and into the communication sector;

The Training course will take place in Predeal, Romania

Predeal (pronounced[predeal])is a town inBraov County,Romania. Predeal, amountain

resort town, is the highest town in Romania. It is located in thePrahova Valley at an

elevation of over 1,000 m (3,281 ft)

WHY?

Each day of the training course has a specific topic, following a logic structure that helps

participants to enter the depth of the topics such as:

Introduction in personal branding

My online presence

Social resumes & blogging

Dress for succes

Career path

The sessions are dedicated to people aged between 20-35 years that want to discover their beliefs

and values and to create their personal brand according to these attributes. So if you are a

volunteer youth leaders or project coordinator that wants to learn new methods regarding the

topic or to develop your own personal brand visibility and sustainability, then you can join us

and study branding, sociology, psychology or communication, web-design and deliver in the

following months a 3D personal branding development program to your NGO.

rEIMBURSMENT

As Erasmus+ program rules, we have a fixed cost for national and international transportation:

275 EURO

If you succeed to book cheap flights, you can cover 100%your travel.

The necessary documents for reimbursements are:

Invoice from the airline company/tourism agency

Boarding passes

Tickets

Visa documents (if necessary) All documents must be received in original in order to be

reimbursed.

Plus:

Use the most economical criteria: you have to find the most economic transport prices, publictransportation.

Two weeks before the Training course, we will send you a detailed info-pack.

The reimbursement will be done during the project, upon receiving all original tickets and

boarding passes from the group.
