How it works

We design Dance Costumes and Dancewear for soloists, schools, troupes and competitors.We will work closely with you to create beautiful pieces that suit your budget, with prices starting from just $59.95. Your design concept can be as simple or extravagant as you wish, it is entirely up to you!
How it works
1. We will give you all of the information you need. Using the information in this guide you can begin by choosing your basic design and style options.
2. After you have completed your order form, email it to [email protected]. Feel free to attach any design ideas, sketches, themes, fabrics or colors. Make sure you include all nec-essary measurements and your delivery deadline.
3. We will email you our design proposal, at which point you will get to make up to three free revisions.
4. When you have confirmed your design with us we will request a deposit, once received we are able to begin piecing together your couture design.
5. Once your order(s) is ready to be shipped we will let you know so that you may settle your balance, after which your parcel will be shipped to you with our Premium Next Business Day Courier.

HOW TO MEASURE
1. Bust Across the back and around the fullest part of the chest.
2. WaistThe natural waistline is the narrowest point.
3. HipThe widest point of the natural hipline.
4. HeightWearing no shoes, measure your height from head to the ground.
5. GirthTake the tape measure from the center of one shoulder, down through the crotch and back up the same shoulder to create a full loop.
Helpful HintsEnsure the person is wearing a leotard or tight fitting clothing. Take in to account any growth spurts between now and your performance date. Arms should be out straight, with feet slightly apart. Relax and breath normally.

Domestic shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $12.99. Click-and-Collect is available for customers based in Sydney. We ship Internationally, all prices are listed in AUD. International shipping rates will vary dependent upon your location. All custom orders should be placed through custom order form, as all designs will be checked before invoicing. Customers are offered three revisions to their order to decide on fabric etc.
A 50% deposit should be paid at time of order, any changes, alterations or additions will be added to any outstanding balances and will be charged before shipping. Please note that orders will not be shipped until an invoice is paid in full.
Costume lead time is generally within four weeks of confirmed order. Please note that lead time is dependent on when we receive payments. Any additional revisions or extended communication regarding revisions may extend lead times and will be charged at an additional cost.
Once production begins on your garment there will be no opportunity for revisions or alterations, so please ensure your design is perfect before this process begins. We will replace or refund any faulty garment within 30 days of receiving the item.
All sizes and measurements are to be provided before ordering. Please refer to this document before ordering. We cannot be held responsible if it is not the correct size for a performer. Please follow size guide carefully, and contact us should you have any queries. Unfortunately, as your couture piece is made exactly to your specifications we are not able to accept returns or provide refund on these items.
