SPECIAL PROVISION

PERMITS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS

PROJECT NUMBER: SC-CNOB-CNOC-1517(001)

This Special Provision incorporates the US Department of the Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Section 404 permit obtained by Emmons County. The permit includes re-grading and the replacement of existing culverts.  

The Contractor shall be responsible for complying with all the terms and conditions as contained in the permit attached hereto. Bidders shall become familiar with all standard conditions and special conditions of the permit(s) and submit their bid for consideration of this project based on the following:

USACE Section 404 Permit The USACE Section 404 Permit number NWO-2017-00065-BIS authorizes activities associated with re-grading and the replacement of existing culverts.

The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining permits for impacts not authorized by the attached permit obtained by Emmons County.
