Pensioners login instructions
I. Step 1: Enroll Aadhar Number
a. In case you have not yet enrolled for Aadhar' go to your
nearest Aadhar centre. You can find information ab
Collector.
b. Register yourself and your family members, obtain the
enrolment numbers given at the time of enrolme
Enrolment number can be filled in the EHS e-form while enrolling
for the Scheme.
Instructions to provide Enrollment ID in the EHS-form.
a. Please check the 14 digit "Enrolment No." on the left hand
side of the Acknowledgement copy obtained u
EHF e-form under identification details. Eg: Enrolment No.
1111/15210/02106. Fill in this 14 digit n
11111521002106.
b. Please check the "Dated" column on the right hand side of the
acknowledgment copy along with the tim
digits), and hours (2 digits): minutes (2 digits): seconds (2
digits), a total of 14 digits.
c. Convert this into a continuous number by writing "Dated" from
right to left without slashes and time wit
16:48:44 should be converted as 20110811164844.
d. Please provide the number so obtained, in continuation to the
14 digit Enrolment No. The 28 digit Enrolm
Stamp. Eg. 1111152100210620110811164844
e. Skip this step if you already have either anAadhaar
Cardnumber or an Aadhaar enrolment number.
II. Step 2: Prepare Data
a. Self:
a. Read the ins tructions given intable below for preparation of
data.
b. Photo: Scan a 45 mm x 35 mm ICAO compliant passport size
color photograph of 200 Kb size.
c. Aaadhaar Card / Enrolment Receipt: Scan the Aaadhaar card
with your name and number clearly visib le i

visible if you are giving the Aaadhaar enr
d. Disabil ity Certificate: Scan your disabil ity certificate if
you are disabled.
e. Note: Computer illiterate pensioners can approach the
STO/APPO concerned directly with the afore
representatives.
