Visit www.ColumbiaBank.comAs of October 24, 2011 you will access Online Banking at www.ColumbiaBank.com. The Personal and Streamlined Online Banking login appears in a box on the upper left side of the page.

Enter your user ID & click the “Login” buttonType your user ID in the box and click the “Login” button or press your enter key. You will be redirected to the password screen.

DO NOT click the enroll link. All former First Heritage BankOnline Banking customers have already been enrolled.

Enter your passwordEnter your temporary password without spaces. Click the “Login” button.

Create your new permanent user ID, passwordand answer password help questionsEnter a permanent user ID and password in the appropriate fields.

Important: User ID and password must contain a minimumof six letters and two numbers.

Select and answer your two password help questions. If you ever forget your password, these answers will help you retrieve it.

Click “Change User ID/Password”.

You will be forced to repeat this step if the user ID you have chosen is already in use or if the user ID or password you selected does not meet the minimum requirements.

Security enrollmentAn image has been selected for you. You will need to create an authentication phrase to accompany the image.

Select and answer three questions.

These questions provide an added layer of security and will appear when you access Online Banking from a public computer.

Click “Submit”.

Online terms and conditionsClick “Next” to agree to the Online Terms and Conditions.
