Summer1995we had just moved intoour newly built home in Clarkston. Thesubdivision itself was new and not manyother homes had been completed. It was abeautiful day and there was anticipation ofemptying moving boxes, cleaning thegarage, and chasing around my 3 year olddaughter.

While working in the garage, I noticed mydaughter searching through the pilesobviously looking for something to amuseherself. I didnt pay much attention untilshe walked by me and I saw the trail ofblood on the garage floor. Upon closerobservation, I discovered she had cut herleg just above the knee (she was wearing alittle summer dress). The cut, to mysurprise, appeared to be very bad and I

realized she had stumbled into somebroken glass in her search for entertain-

So, to the phone book/yellow pages I wentand found Dr. ONeill in Clarkston. Now itwas off to find a neighbor and get a ride tothe officehopefully the neighbor would bea bit more familiar with Clarkston and knowhow to get to M-15 and Dixie Hwy.! Shedid, and the rest is history.

Dr. ONeill was fantastic! He took us right in,made us feel comfortable, and performedhis stitchery on this little girl with extraordi-nary care! After seventeen sutures and acherry sucker, we were on our way backhome. Today, my daughter sports a prettygood scar on her leg and claims that shebarely cried while getting stitched up by Dr.ONeill . Actually, shes pretty accurate and Icredit the good doctor for the minimal tears!
