Be a CIS Volunteer:
YOU can make an impact!!
The following opportunities are available for community members, parents, etc.:
Lunch Time Mentoring- Eat lunch once a week with a student. Sharinggood conversation with friends over a meal is something we all love.
Lunches are in 30 minute segments. Which lunch schedule works best fo
you? Lunch A 11:00-11:30 Lunch B 11:30-12:00 Lunch C 12:00-12:30
After-school Tutoring- Many students just need that one-on-one attentiofor their ah-ha moment. Students could benefit from your help with
completing homework and/or class assignments, gaining confidence in
reading or math, and basic tutoring. Students can work with you one-on-
or in small groups.
Career Speakers- Come tell us your professional and personal journey. Many times success seems like a distant dream instead of an attainable
reality. Sharing your journey helps put things into perspective for ourstudents.
Attention ParentsStudents will not be allowed to
participate in CIS programs and events without prope
permission slips and documentation being returned pri
to appropriate deadlines. Thank you!
